New Years Eve Pre Pamper

Its not every time I go all out for a night out! But sometime its just worth it. When you no its going to be a big night and have time to spend of getting ready. I've wanted to do a pamper routine on my blog for a while and thought I would share with you my pamper routine that I use before going for a night out. I thought new years eve would be the perfect time to share it with you.

So first we have the bath. I used the Lush Holly Golightly Bubble Bar which made it this lovely green. It smells amazing too.

in the bath I used a Beauty Formulas deep cleansing nose pore strip and then used the Dead Sea Spa Magik Delicate Boosting Mask (check out my very old review here). while doing that I put in a youtube video on my phone and watch that while shaving and exfoliating so I can get my legs out.

After my bath I moisturise using the Vaseline Body butter. Then after putting on more youtube videos (I'm catching up with vlogmas still!!) It's time to do the nails. I've gone for Rimmel London in Rapid Beauty with Essie Tassel Shaker Multi Dimension Top coat on the index finger to add some sparkle.

As its the winter months and with the dress I'm wearing I've decided to put some fake tan on my legs. I used the Rimmel London Sun Shimmer Instant Tan. Its not my favourite but its the only one I have at the moment so it will have to do.

So these are the steps I use if I want to pamper myself before going out. I like to do it if I have time as it make me feel like I've made extra effort and feel extra great when I'm ready.

I hope everyone has a great night tonight! Happy New Year!!!!

What I Got For Christmas!!

I hope everyone had an amazing christmas! I had a great day spent with my family and have had some great times with my family and friends over the last week. I wanted to share with you today some of the christmas presents I received. I love doing these post and I love reading them even more. I really appreciate everything I got this year and would like to thank all my family and friends for getting me theses amazing gifts.

I did quite well on makeup this year. I am so happy to of got all of and to try it out on christmas day. I got 2 MUA pallets, 3 MAC lipsticks, 2 Rimmel London nail polish and a set of Real Technique eye brushes. I had so much fun of christmas day playing around with it. Most of this was in my Christmas Makeup look so if you want to see it in action check it out here.

My mum told me INIKA was a really good new brand from australia. I have tried this all and it is really good. I will be doing a review on it all so look out for that.

I got my first Lush Bubble Bar! I can't remember what its called but it smells amazing and it made my bath green! I've been wanting to try one for a wait so love that I received one. I also got a set of I love.. Shower gel and a get of perfume from new look. I love that there is a range of scents to choose from.

My main presents from my parents this year was a Fitbit. I did not realise how obsessed I would be with this but I am so hooked with how much steps I do everyday. Its quite surprising. I would love to do a more detailed post so let me no if you would be interested in that. I also got some trainers for the gym which I love so much and some leggings from Superdry. So excited to go to the gym now.

I hope you enjoyed this post. If you've done one I'd love to read it so link it down below!

I hope you all have a great new year :)

2015 Bucket List Review

I have just remembered that  I created a bucket list at the begging of the year on here and I was dreading having a look because I had no idea what was on it. But looking back I think I did ok. I thought I would share whats gone well an what hasn't . If you would like to read the original post check it out here.

Successful

  • Get a job
  • Redecorate my room
  • Be healthy
  • Get 100 followers
  • Travel to a country that I've never traveled to before
  • Push myself to do something thats outside my comfort zone and try new things

I did two thirds of my list which I'm impressed about. I won't go into all of them but will do the main ones. I think I've improved my health a lot this year. It's not perfect but it's a start. I definitely eat a lot healther and have joined the gym. I have also been to New York which was the best experience ever. I did a blog post on it so check it out! I don't no what I meant when I said get 100 followers but I do have over 100 followers on Twitter and bloglovin which is nice in my first year of blogging.

Unsuccessful

  • Do something for charity
  • I want to try and keep a scrap book
  • Get a tattoo

There were only 3 things out of the 9 I didn't manage to to! One of them I'm not to bothered about which is the getting a tattoo. Mainly because it's not something I feel like I have to get, I'm just going to wait until I find something I want. I started a scrap book but i only lasted until August. Which to be honest, is a lot better than I normally do. I did want to do something for charity but just didn't manage to do anything major.

Did you have any goals for 2015 that you did or didn't do?

I Haven't gone for a smokey eye in so long and I even added some purple in there. Which I haven't done in much longer. I kind of liked it. Winter Wonderland

Happy christmas Eve everyone! I went to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park this week and it was so much fun and really got my in the christmas sprit. We did ice skating and the Zippo Circus which was really good. I had never been to a circus before but it was so impressive! I really enjoyed it. We ate a lot off food as there was so much choices and I didn't want to miss out. Here are some of my favourite pictures that I wanted to share. I don't think they really show how amazing it all really looks though so if you haven't been you definitely need to go!

Let me know if you've been? Have you done any of the other things you can do there? I wanted to do the ferris wheel but it was fully booked up :(

I hope you all have a good christmas!!! :)

My crazy Christmas Lights - C4 Christmas Eve 8pm

New Hair! Using Bleach London Total Bleach

I have another hair update! I thought I would do it as I mentioned in my last post that I wasn't finished with it yet. If you'd like to check out that post you can do here. I wanted it even lighter than it was before so I used the Bleach London Total bleach and just did it my self this time. I have to say I was so nervous that it was going to go wrong but I think it turned out really good. I would like it really white eventually but for now I really like it like this.

The Bleach London Total Bleach was really easy to use. You get a brush which was handy as I didn't have my own to use. It was really easy to mix and apply. They do a DIY Dip Dye kit which might be a bit easier to use if your going to do ombre hair but I would recommend The Total Bleach if you were going to bleach your hair. I liked it a lot and would use it if I was going to bleach my hair again.

The Christmas Tag

I was just thinking that I haven't done a tag in so long! So when I started seeing lots of christmas tags I wanted to give one ago. My first ever blog post which was almost a year ago now was a christmas tag. Its so cringe looking at it as things have changed a lot. If you'd like to have a look you can check it out here.

1. What's your favourite thing about this time of the year?

My favourite thing about this time of year is the build up to christmas. I love doing all the christmasy things like getting the tree and presents.

2. What's your favourite Winter/Christmas drink?

I'm not massively into festive drinks. We always have Bucks Fizz on christmas day though and I love it!!

3. What is your go to place of clothing during winter?

My favourite shops don't really change over winter to be honest. I love New Look, H&M and ASOS.

4. What are your top 3 Christmas songs?

This was so much more difficult than I thought it would be! But these are my top three;

Mariah Carey - All I want for christmas is you

Wizzard - I wish it could be christmas everyday

5. What do you want for Christmas this year?

I have trainers and Mac lipstick on my christmas list this year.

6. How do you usually celebrate Christmas?

We always spend christmas at home with my family. My grandad and uncle always come for dinner and we play games in the evening.

7. Do you have a favourite Christmas movie? Which one?

I don't think I have seen as many christmas films as I should have. My favourite is Home Alone even though I only saw it last year.

8. What is your favourite Christmas dish?

My favourite part of christmas dinner is the yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes

9. What cosmetics can't you live without during winter?

Red Lipsticks!! My favourite is Rimmel London in 01

10. Giving or receiving presents? Why?

I love giving presents. I am really bad at buying for other people though but I love when I finally find something that someone will love.

11. What are your favourite Christmas colour?

I love that you can get away with glittery golds and silvers.

12. What are your New Year's resolutions?

I want to travel a bit next year. I haven't got any plans set yet but I have a million ideas so am excited to look into it.

I hope you have enjoyed this post. If you have done a christmas tag leave a link down below as I'd love to read your answers. Or if you haven't done one yet you can give this one ago :)

Let me know what your favourite thing about christmas is?

December Birchbox

Hiya everyone. I got my Birchbox really early this month and it was such a surprise because I wasn't expecting it to come so was really excited to open it up. Another surprise was that is didnt come in a box this month its come in this glittery bag. I like that sometimes they mix it up a bit but doing a bag. Its nice to have something to reuse but I am going to be honest and say I don't really like it. Its not something I am going to take out with me and I can't think of another way to reuse it so will probably just get rid but I do think its a nice change because I'm starting to get a nice collection of boxes. Now let get onto what was inside the bag;

Benefit the Ultimate Party Kit - £41 for both

This was so cool to get. It really confused me because I wasn't sure what it was but it was nice to get two products from benefit.

They're Real Push Up Liner Duo -  Now I don't no if I'm being stupid or if the one I got was dodgy but I could not get any product out of it!! I'm like 99% sure its got no product in it. So didnt even get to try this one :(

Puff Off! - I thought this was nice and creamy but I have to give it a few more goes before deciding if I like it or not.

Embryolisse Lait-creme Concentre - £12.99

This is really light face cream that is so hydrating and moisturising. It sinks into the skin really well.

Ciate london Paint Pot - £9

I love this colour but it claims to last a really long time without chipping which didn't happen for me. I had to take it off after two days. But I am going to give it another try before making my final decision.

Skin & Co Sicilian Body Gel - £15

I have had a body wash from this brand before but the bottle size was pathetic so its good to get a better sized bottle. That said its still just an average body wash thats expensive. I'll enjoy using it but won't bother getting another one.

Catherine Malandrino Style De Paris Eau de Parfum - £50

This smells SOOO good!!!! I'll try and explain it the best I can. It smells sweet but its not overpowering. I wish I got this last month so I could have put it on my christmas list because its quite expensive. I am definitely going to save up and get myself a full bottle though.

ModelCo Ultra Long Lasting Lipstick - £15.50 for pack of 3

I was excited to try this because I love wearing reds, especially at this time of the year. It goes on so smoothly and is really long lasting. I was really impressed. I think I'll look into getting more from this brand.

Overall this isn't one of the best boxes I've got. I wasn't really excited by the products I got and even less impressed after trying them out. I only really liked the lipstick and the perfume. Everything else I'm not to fussed about.

Do you get birchbox? What did you think about this months?

Winter Haul

I've been shopping again!! This is the last time now I promise. My bank balance can't take anymore. I brought a few things that I thought would get me through winter as I needed a few more bits. Now definitely no more shopping trips until next year!!

I brought this lovely jumper from H&M. It's nice and christmasy but not too christmasy if you get me. Its really thick and oversized and really cosy. I love it so much. I couldn't find it online which is so annoying because I couldn't get it all in the picture.

From boots I got two nude Rimmel London Lasting Finish by Kate Lipsticks in 03 and 08. 08 is my go to darker browny nude lipstick and 03 is a more of a lighter pinker shade which is really nice. I also got two Essie Nail Polishes. I got one No Chips Ahead Top coat which is really nice. It drys so quickly and keeps the nail polish on for longer. The other one I got is this gold Multi Dimension Top Coat.  I didnt realise it was a top coat though I thought it would be a really cool textured colour so I haven't worked out how to rock it yet but I have tried it and all I can say is that its a bitch to get off.

Another thing I got from Boots was the Bleach London Total Bleach. I've been meaning to go back to the hairdressers to get my hair bleached again but its so expensive and time consuming I've decided that I'm just going to do it myself! I don't no why because I no its going to go wrong but I'm just to impatient. The results and maybe a review will be on my blog very soon.

I went to New Look and I am loving their scarves this year! I couldn't decide between these two so I got them both. I thought of it as an investment for the future winters ahead (it was a good excuse at the time) The black checkered one was only £12.99 and the grey one was £14.99

I hope you enjoyed this little haul :) anyone else spending a bit to much before christmas?

Christmas Wishlist

I can't believe its finally Demember! I'm excited to finally start getting in the sprit for christmas. I have a few christmas post planned that I'm really excited about and can't wait to share them with you. Today I thought I would share with you my Christmas wish list.

VICTORIA SECRETS

I love Victoria Secret bras so I want some to stock up on some more useful bras. I don't have a nude bra and think it wound be really useful to have one. I have just started going to the gym and only have two sports bras and its quite hard so am in need of another one and love the style of this pink one. Now this strapless bra isn't something that I'm going to be wearing everyday but I think it will be really useful to have. there are a few things on my wardrobe that I've been put off wearing because I don't have a suitable bra so this will definitely come in handy.

MAKEUP BRUSHES

I have one eyeshadow brush!! And I don't think its ok anymore. I've been meaning to purchase some more but have never really justified it to myself even though I no its something I am going to be using everyday. I would like this set as it has a nice range of brushes and I love real technique so I thought this was the perfect set.

DRESSING GOWN

My current dressing gown is looking a little sorry for its self and I think its time for a new one. I love this one from Debenhams. It looks so cosy and I love the colour.

MAC LIPSTICK

Hang-up/Velvet Teddy/Paramount

These three lipsticks are on my wish list right now. I love MAC lipsticks and these colours are perfect for winter. Hopefully I can get one for christmas.

I hope you enjoyed this post!! Let me now what you would like for christmas?? :)
