April Fitness Routine


Its been a few weeks since I have done a blog post. I have just been so unmotivated and thought it would be best to take a couple of weeks off. I have missed it a lot and am excited to slowly start getting back into it. Today I thought I would do another fitness routine! I did one last month but it has changed quite a lot. You can check it out here.

I still try to go 3 times a week. With 2 classes and then at the weekend I do my own workout. The two classes are the same as last month.

Tuesday- Metafit

Thursday- Boxersize

Saturday/Sunday- Own workout

Lunges
Push ups
Dumbbell squats
Long arm crunches (with medicine ball)
Hot Hands

I do these exercises 3 times. I do the first set 15 times each. The seconds set 20 times each and the third set 10 each. I have found this works the best and works me really hard. I do (or try to) 30 seconds skipping between each set and then 10 minutes cardio before and after the full workout. Definitely works me hard!!
