Whats in my bag?

Heya everyone :) Today I thought I'd finally get around to doing a whats in my bag post. These are my favourite to read so wanted to give it ago. I don't have as much crap in my bag as I thought as my I have quite a big bag, but thats not a bad thing I suppose, lol.

I have a white ruck sack from new look which I brought a few months ago. I wanted a ruck sack to be able to fit all my stuff in for university without killing my shoulder. Its a good size bag, the only problem is if you want to put everything you own in there and it get heavy the buckle can easily come undone, so its not for people who like to fill there bags. I have quite a few books I carry around. I have my diary which I use a lot to plan when I'm at uni or working so like to have it on me so I can update it regularly when things come up. I also have a notepad. This is only on me when I know I'm going to need it, but as I had a lecture today it was in my bag. I keep all my important lecture notes in here so there all in one place. I travel a lot and my sudoko book has been entertaining me a lot on trains recently so usually keep this in my bag. And as I'm a illustration student I keep a sketch book with me but to be honest I normally use this to write ideas I have down rather than drawing things, lol.

I also have my purse. I brought this a couple of years ago at river island. I like there purses as they have all the space I need in them and they have really nice designs.

I then have my keys. I also have a makeup bag that I keep all my crap in so its easy for me to find and get out of my bag. This one I got from Primark.

This is all the stuff I keep in my makeup bag. You'll notice there no actual makeup in it. I usually only carry the lipstick I'm wearing that day. The things I have are; McDonalds tissues, A mirror, hair grip, spray, hair brush, gum, a plaster, a pen, hand cream, nail file, bottle opener, pain killers and nail clippers. People find it strange that I carry nail clippers but I think there the most used thing on that list, lol.

I don't think the amount that I carry around is that bad actually. It use to be a lot worse anyway aha. Let me know whats the most unusual thing that you carry around around with you all the time? xx

Summer Bucket List

So with all this beautiful weather we've been having, its really got me excited for summer. So I've started coming up with different things that I want to do and places I want to go. So thought I'd share them with you today :)

1. Go on holiday/ a weekend away
2. A girls night out to a different city
3. Go visit my friend in Norfolk
4. Go to a drive in/outside movie
5. Have a picnic
6. Read 2 books
7. Go to a festival
8. Learn something new
9. Go camping
10. Go to the zoo
11. Go to a pick your own farm
12. Try foot golf
13. Dye my hair a crazy colour
14. Tie dye a piece of clothing
15. Finish a sketch book
16. Do a 10k run
17. Go to london
18. Go to a theme park
19. Go to the beach
20. cook a three course meal
21. Host a BBQ party
22. go to a water park

Some of these are going to be a lot easier than others, but there all something I want to do so am excited to try and do all of these :) Me and my friends used to do makes lists of things we wanted to do over the summer and did them all in the last week of the holidays because we never did anything on the list, aha. Hopefully this will end a bit better. I am going to give my self from now, until the end of august to complete this list, then will do another post to see how I got on :) Whats on your list to do this summer? :)

Current Favourites #1

I've been wanting to do a monthly favourites for a while but by time I get around to do them Its always half way through the month so I haven't bothered. Plus I don't change products I use much so I would never be able to do one every month so thought I just show you what i'm loving in general at the moment and and do a few more in the future whenever I feel like it so I've always got new and exciting stuff to show you :)

Lemon Green Tea - I'm really liking this at the moment. I'm trying to cut down on drinking calories so when I've had enough of water I've been replacing juices and fizzy drinks with this :)

Cadburys mini eggs - easters just been and these are my all time easter favourites 

Dead Sea Spa Magic Delicate Boosting Mask - This makes my skin feel and look so fresh! I've done a review here if you'd like to check it out :)

Cotton Pads - This is such a boring favourite. But I usually use the small cotton balls to take my makeup off and I didn't like it because I'd have to use so many. But I only have to use one of these which is so much easier.

Maybelline Dream Flawless Nude Foundation - I've been using this everyday for about a month now and its really light and long lasting. I've got a review planned to come so look out for that :)

Barry M in Copa Cabana - I just love the colour and Its perfect for summer. I've got a post written here about it.

Sunglasses - I've really wanted a pair of round sunglasses, but most of the ones I've found are really small and don't suit my face. But I found these in Primark and There so perfect. There will most likely be pictures of me waring them in a post soon as I've badly taken them off this week.

Got2b Spray Mousse - As my hair is quite long It can get weighed down and look a bit flat. This mousse as really helped lifting my hair at the roots and also lasts a few days.

Traceless Hair Ring - I didn't understand how these would work so I wasn't sure about buying them, but I just went for it. They actually work! I don't think they look that attractive so wouldn't wear them in the day but there perfect for me for sleeping in and wake up with no kinks :)

Pinterest inspiration - bright hair

I've been really into Pinterest recently, for everything. So I thought that I'd start sharing different subjects that are interesting me on there. I was looking at coloured hair recently and OMG how much I want to go back to a bright coloured hair now is killing me. I have had bright coloured hair a few time but it never lasts long as I have brown hair I always end up feeling bad for it because it gets so damaged so I just dye it out. But I want it again so bad!! I love the ombre ones, which I've had before as I thought it would be more practical for me with having brown hair so I didn't have to bleach my whole head. I wish I was brave enough to do that but I can't. Unfortunately I have just recently got a job which aren't going to allow me to turn up with this sort of thing, so until then i'll be sobbing into my laptop scrolling through pinterest until I get the chance to go crazy again.

Barry M - Copa Cabana

I have been loving this Barry m shade in Copa Cabana recently. How gorgeous is it though? I thought it was the perfect red/orange shade to go head into the summer months with. I'm a massive fan of Barry M nail varnish as theres such a variety of colours and they a long time. I also like that they have a matte selection because I prefer that to shiny/glossy colours. I'm also trying out fake nails for the first time. I'm using the Elegant Touch french manicure in extra short, as I normally have really short nails and didn't want to hate them straight away! So far so good but I haven't given them much of a chance yet so maybe that will be another blog post :)
